Is it safe to use a secret_sector.bin from anywhere on a n3ds when installing sighax?
Or do I have to use the one from the 3ds.guide?

Hmm I'm not too sure if it's safe but I assume it's still the same file, still secret_sector. Why do you need sighax right now though? I'd say just hold off, it's not like it's giving you that much of a benefit.

Just use BitTorrent for mobile. They have it for Android, not sure about iOS.

I use FTP Client Lite on my iPad, downloaded from the App Store. There are FTP apps on the App Store.
