I'm upgrading from my old r4 and am looking into getting an m3. My question is whether I should buy an M3 real or the dsi card.

I have a ds lite currently and have no plans to buy a dsi in the near future. Also, I'm looking into buying the GBA adaptor so I can play gba games as well.

Any comments will be helpful

Without any plans to buy a DSi there isn't much point in getting the Zero. Your spending more for the card and the only difference is that it works on a DSi. Plus since you probably won't be updating the firmware on it since it's unnecessary on a normal DS chances are you'll just lose or break the cable before you move on to a DSi anyway.

Save $11 and just get an M3 Real.

I had the same problem and I ended up getting a M3iZero. The price was good (22 euros) and even if I don't plan to get a DSi anytime soon, in case that happens I'm covered. The cart works great and the only issue I have is that Sakura is yet to be updated to be compatible with Mario&Luigi (it will be soon anyway). From what I've seen it's a great firmware, way better than the touchpod (which works flawlessly anyway).I'm very happy with the cart.
if there isn't a big price difference I'd say go for the iZero, it's the exact same as an M3 Real except for the added DSi compatibility.
