Hacking Quick Question...upgrading SD card?

Alright, my 32GB sd had served me well in my adventures, however for Christmas, I have a "good" feeling I'll be getting some new micro SDs; 128GB.

What's the best way to move my data to a different SD? I know copying and pasting isn't going to work.

Are you running A9LH on updated sysnand? If you are, just copy and paste the contents of it. If you have an emunand, use emunand tool to extract it, inject it to the new sd card, and then copy and paste the rest of the contents of the card. If you don't have A9LH and are running Menuhax or some other kind of hax, you'll probably have to set it up again on the new card.

Yes I am. Guess I could've included more details, lol. Luma and A9LH for quite a while now...

I thought copying and pasting wouldn't work from what I've read, but hey, it's been a while...

I juggle 1 sd card between two consoles running A9LH on updated sysnand. I just copy and paste and it works every time.

yes, as long as you're not using an emunand setup, you can simply copy and paste from one sd to the new one.

maybe use teracopy to make sure the transfered files didn't corrupt on the way if you want to be save.

just make sure not to format the old cart until you checked the new one runs as it should
