down for good its been shown that nintendo can remotely force update the Youtube App and probbly would be stricter w/ updated from google on this.
but browserhax as long as the browser is based on Webkit a possibility can always re-appear (that being if nintendo doesnt super-restrict services used by the browser.)

Get the cheaper one. There is only one version of Cubic Ninja out there (besides regions; you want to make sure you're getting the right region for your console), and it is very unlikely to be patched.
