so the 4th letter of game code depends on the region.
    i know that E is ntsc, P is pal, J is ntsc-j,
    but i'm seeing some X.
    what is X for?
    is it region free?

I am not sure what the X stands for but I can confirm that there has not been any region free games that would work on un-modded consoles.

    That wiki is actually incorrect

X is used on some Pal games but for some reason the wii seems to read them as NTSC at times and PAL at other times - its been a complete pain for me on the boxart site when the X covers come into the system.

Theres not many but they do cause headaches.
