Hacking Quick help with 3.3 and custom guitar hero?

I stupidly upgraded to 3.3u

(Not the latest one from the 23d of october) and I want to play some custom GH3 disks.

I dont have the twilight hack or homebrew installed yet. Is that a problem if I have 3.3u?

I can still downgrade to 3.2 right? (bc i did update it to 3.3u. I bought last year)

I dont use the backup loaders

I have D2Pro installed on my D2C Wii (No D2prog)(Haven't used the utility disk yet, should I have already? It came with the blue sticker so its a new one.)

I dont have USB Gecko

I have a Mac. (Windows XP is installed but It doesn't recognize any USB stuff)

What are the steps too getting the GH3 disks to work? do i downgrade first? or install a cIOS first?
