Can I transfer .cias I installed on Emunand to another 3DS?

Also, is there a way that I can inject my 9.2.0 sysnand into my emunand?

You can't transfer the .cia's, but you can extract the saves via savedatafiler.

Why in the world would you want to inject sysNAND into emuNAND? EmuNAND is a 1:1 copy of sysNAND at the time of creation.

I downgraded to use the DS exploit, but I lost all my StreetPass Mii Plaza data by doing so.

If you have a backup, put it on the sd card and restpre, there is no real reson to stay on 4.5 if you have 9.2.
