Hacking (Questions) EmuNAND with problems

hello, i have a o3ds sysNAND 9.2 with RX-E10.7 with sysNAND and emuNAND Unlinkeds.

Today recently i encountered a problem with the SD (microsd sandisk ultra 32gb class10 with SD Adapter).
In my pc i can see the files like always, but in the 3ds not it give me errors in the theme selection, the dlc And the apps (on the config app) i dont have the Nintendo badge and those badges keep showing on my menu.

The problem i think is something related to the access to the SD.

What i can do?, Maybe with some type of software i can do a full backup of the 32gb of the microsd with the EmuNAND And all the files (because if is possible i dont want to lose any thing of my stuff, i dont have Nothing backup :/).
Then later format or something like that and then re copy the backup of the entire micro SD partition (with the nand and emuNAND files)

Ps, the photo, is like the error where we need to create those files to do the 3ds to fix that error to can install CIAS and all those things, i tried to install something (using fbi injected on the Health and Safety app) and it give me that error like i did not ever do that step before.

I dont know, i have all the files (because i just have like 400mb free On the micro sd from 32gb) the problem is something with he access to the SD i think (to that part where is stored the Games and apps and those things)

Please there is no one that could say me how to do a full backup of my SD to test if that work.
To do something like;
1. Backup the SD complete
2. Format the SD
3. Recopy the backup of the SD then see if the 3ds recognize.

Anyone pls?

I don't know much about fixing EmuNAND and all above but yeah!

The problem is i dont know the correctly step to step to do that, and other case im not sure is that are Going to work At the end, in the all negative side of this i just can know how to Repair this (format all 3ds and SD and thats it ~Maybe~), but i dont want to do that )
