Hello! I'd like to use L4T Ubuntu on my Switch, but I've a few questions.
1) I've read that it should be safe and I shouldn't be banned. It's safe to connect online with OFW and L4T Ubuntu without 90DNS, right? Just to be sure.
2) Do I need to perform a backup of the nand before or is it useless in this case?
3) Is there a way to switch between OFW and L4T Ubuntu without using my pc everytime?
4) Are there any linux native games/softwares I can play/use on my Switch or is it not possible because of the different architecture? And what about Wine?

Thank you in advance!

1. Yes.
2. No, it's impossible for L4T to touch the internal eMMC unless you go out of your way to do so.
3. From Ubuntu you can reboot to a payload, but getting from stock OFW to Ubu will require some means of injecting a payload.
4. Most things on the default repositories support aarch64, but most games will not. Wine won't work.

Ubuntu runs before the switch os boots. You should be safe.

Needless to say that a backup must always be made. No matter what you do.

Dongle or smartphone. This two things can inject payloads.

And what about Wine?
Nothing.
