Hacking Questions about transferring save data

1) I wish to transfer a PSP save data from my Vita running on 3.51 with TN-V to a Vita on 3.60 Henkaku, will the save data of the former work on the latter?

2) How can I backup the save data from the Vita on 3.51?

3) What tool should I use to transfer save data?

4) Is TN-V still compatible with 3.60 Henkaku or is there a different PSP emulation I should use from there on?

5) Additionally, will a save data from a VITA retail version of the game work with the dump version of the game (I'd like to continue my save from Trails of Cold Steel II on retail to an UNDUB dump version)?

I'd appreciate any advice.
