The truth recently asked about online piracy ps3 but I continue with the doubt, today I went to the store where they are pirating my ps3 with E3Flasher and again they told me that my ps3 would not have online connection, that if I wanted to play Online I have to Install some Mods to play, which mods would be for the online to work on my ps3?

First, you're using the wrong technical jargon. They aren't 'pirating' your PS3 with an E3 flasher, they're downgrading it with an E3 flasher and then installing a custom firmware onto it, and that allows your PS3 to be softmodded/jailbroken.
Pirating is a term for illegally downloading and playing payed-for media (such as games) for free.

Anyway, as for going online on custom firmware, you will never be 100% safe. Ever. However there are some apps and procedures that can help try to prevent Sony's servers from easily detecting your PS3 is softmodded.
There is an app called PSNPatch that allows you to disable CFW functions, which can greatly help tackle the detection. As well, there is another app called PSNinja that can delete any history files that could be sent to Sony's servers. These 2 apps are the most useful to stop you getting banned much, much sooner. Make sure you use them on a regular basis, and every time you want to go online.

Also, one very big thing you shouldn't do on CFW is syncing trophies. It's one of the most common ways to get banned very quickly.
It's also good practice to disconnect your PS3 from the internet when you're not using it.

PSNPatch alone should be enough. I believe it deletes the history as well.
I have used it (the PSNPatch COBRA plugin on Rebug 4.81 in REBUG mode) to log in to the PSN a couple of times and so far I haven't been banned. The plugin also blocks the PSN servers until the CFW syscalls are disabled.

Is that I do not know .., I am from Chile, and here they tell me that I have to install a mod to activate the online, and to a friend of venezuela that I told him to ask also they told him that he had to install a mod and that it was difficult to Install, that the echo of installing it badly could brickear the console

I don't think it can brick the console, but there is still a ban risk even with the patches applied.
Make sure PSNPatch is activated and that it deleted the history before getting online!

Is that I do not know what mod they talk about the store, that I know and that nothing more to install certain applications and change something in the configuration to NP and already could be played online, then to which mod they will be referring that is what I want to know , The only thing I was told was a mod installed in Spain

NP? You mean the np environment in Debug settings?
As for the mod, they probably meant the PSNPatch plugin. You must set Rebug to REBUG mode for it to work, then you can install the plugin by opening PSNPatch (after installing its .PKG) and pressing SELECT, then confirm the installation. If it was successful, the next time you boot the console you should see a message that says that PSN access is locked. If you press certain buttons on the Sixaxis, Webman will unload and PSNPatch will disable all CFW syscalls, clear the history and unlock PSN access.
I recommend updating Webman as well. Make sure it is unloaded before loggin in (a notification should appear).
Also make sure you're using the latest version of Rebug and that the QA flag is enabled in case you need to format your HDD and install 3.55 OFW.

To avoid getting banned for as long as possible, don't use pirated content (though you can mount your disc images using Webman before activating PSNPatch). Also some games have additional checks that may get you banned regardless of PSNPatch. In general, you should avoid staying online for too long. Also remember to never log in to the PLAN with a lower firmware version! I hope I didn't forget anything...

If the risk it too much for you, just use another PS3 on OFW.

But with PSNpatcher I can still install mod menus and those things really?, Bone after activating the PSNpatcher can continue to use mod menus normally?

I haven't used any game mods but they should work. You will probably get banned if you use them online, though. I would remove them before logging in to the PSN.

Well, on Tuesday, I get my ps3 and I will try to log in online and comment here again that is what happens or if it gives me some error

Thank you all for the answers

Bottom line is, while you can use tools/pkg's such as PSNPatch, you will NEVER be 100% safe. ESPECIALLY if you sync your trophies and use mods for online gameplay. All of friends that have used mods online in CoD, GTAV, Fifa, P.E.S, etc have ALL gotten banned. Like I stated previously, it was THEIR fault for "cheating" online. So yes, while you can PLAY online, you cannot CHEAT online or cheat the trophy system without the risk of the banhammer. I personally avoid online like the plague with my hacked consoles. Find yourself some buddies and play all of the couch co-op games the PS3 has to offer, THEN decide if you want to go online.

Actually, you can sync trophies on the PS3.
I've done it loads of time and I still haven't been banned.

You are correct about trophy unlock tools and other cheating tools.
Cheaters and modders have no business on PSN and deserve to get banned.

Especially those ones that come into old game lobbies and ruin the fun for everyone else

see: call of duty - world at war (and other good examples on the ps3 that I can't think of)

I just want to play the game, not have to deal with shooting someone who is invincible, turns around and takes me out in 1 shot with a pistol !

most of them have the maturity of an 11 year old and can't play the game properly (yes haha and call of duty is a noobs game as many say)
