Gaming Questions about Pokemon Distribution carts

So AFAIK, there have only been 5 distribution carts leaked to the net.

Deoxys
Shaymin
Pichu
Dragonite
Crown Beasts

My question is, when you hack the Deoxys cart to change the Wondercard it distributes, does the Pokemon distributed become hacked, or is it still legit? (like would it trigger a red flag at a Pokemon tournament?)

Also are there more distribution cards than the ones I listed? And are the ones that I listed above legit carts or hacked Deoxys carts?

I'm kind of confused. Lets say I wanted the Mew seen here: http://www.serebii.net/events/2010.shtml

Would the Mew be legit or hacked?

The hacked or not hacked depends on the PKM/Wonder card.

The Distribution Carts are just programs that distribute the Wondercard data on a specific date. Therefore, injecting anything should not be a problem.
However, you may want to make sure that the client game has the date set to a date that the Pokemon was available on. It still shouldn't raise a red flag at tournaments (plenty of people have their DS date wrong, especially since it's reset when the DS is repaired), but it's nice to have it clean.
