i heard there was a homebrew app that raises the maximum volume of the ds. is this true?

That would be really cool. I hate how quiet most games are on the DS lite.

yea. the only good part about the old ds was the volume

moonshell can raise the audio for the media it platys (movies and music)

yeah, i know that. what im talking about is a homebrew app that raises the volume like moonshell does, but does that permanently to the ds so the volume is always high

No, since these applications are only raising the volume via software.

Nobody has made anything that does it.

And I think it's already loud enough at max. I never put it past halfway when I'm at home anyway.

Its nice in a quiet enviroment, but a bit of background noise can make it very difficult to hear.

However, this problem can be fixed by just using some decent headphones.
