What program do I use to open the .cht files of gba codes found in the cheat database? dosent seem to work with the one i got

Also, i still got my old AR for my GBA, and was wondering where I can get the program that came with it, since I lost my old disc with it on it, it be greatly appreciated

I'm not sure what you mean here. What are you using your games on?

.cht files are plain text files. Use Notepad.

That depends on the version of the AR you got. There were 2 or 3 versions of it, each with it's own code format.
