ROM Hack [Question] X/Y Ambush Encounter Editor tool

So I have edited every single wild encounter in Pokemon XY using pk3DS, however I heard that I needed a completely separate program to edit the Ambush Encounters, and there doesn't seem to be any tool available or any video tutorials showing you how to edit with a Hex Editor (which in all honestly, I don't want to use). So I'm wondering if anyone has found a program that does that, so I can edit the ambush encounters no problem.
