Homebrew Question regarding the VC injection

I want to go directly to the question qith out any circle: the VC injection can make you ban?
I ask this becouse at the moment i use two emulator for some old games that are not on the real VC on the eshop. My problem here is that they are not "real" cia file or even legit, so i ask if installing old games via injection can bring me to the ban hammer.

If the inject uses the title Id of the original vc game, you are completely safe. If it doesn't, a ban is unlikely, but a possibility.

I want to use the injection program that can be found on this forum. For what i know they don't use a original ID.

In that case, once you make an inject, find the title Id of an existing game, preferably an snes vc game, and make sure that game isn't already on your console. Unpack the CIA of your inject, change it to that I'd, and repack it again.

Ah i want to use this for another question. The random cia that i found in "that place" can also get you ban? I mostly a curiosity becouse im sure regarding the cia (out of region) from freeshop. But i was never sure regarding the random cia from "that place", i know the legit cia have no problem (for what i know).

i have no clue how it was made. You're giving me the concept of a theoretical snes vc cia that i have no clue about besides it's distributor. If it's an inject, most likely, since it has an invalid title id most likely. If it's a game that exists, you should be fine.
