Hacking Question regarding payloads

Hi, I apologize in advance if this question have been answer, but Im updating my OoThax to 10.6.
Just wondering where do I put the payload bin file at?

You shouldn't need it, you should load the save to the cart and be able to boot a boot.3dsx

But everytime I load it, I get an error. Is there a updated boot.3dsx that came out recently, perhaps? Maybe that could be the issue

The starter pack should have the current boot and save installer
