Hacking Question Regarding A System Transfer to A9LH System

When performing a system transfer from a non hacked system to a New 3DS XL with A9LH will there be any issues, Also will the target system be formatted?

i recently did that without any issue, the target 3ds was not formatted in the process

The target system won't be formatted, as long as it doesn't have its own NNID (in which case it will tell you to format before you can begin the transfer).
