Hacking [Question] Please Help! some titles missing after system transfer

Hi all, I am not sure if this is really a cfw question or homebrew question but here is the deal:

I recently transferred my system from an a9lh 11.2 o3ds to a a9lh 11.2 n3ds via pc method. When the transfer was finished, almost all of my titles were gone but if I looked in data management they were all there just with grey x's.

I was told to you tikshop and it would fix it, and for the most part it did but only for the real nintendo content, not for any homebrew, vc injections, dsi forwarders, and for some reason the game updates.

ALSO, I do have the o3ds with its nand recovered from before the transfer and all files are still there and operational (except for nnid no longer working, which I expected)

THE REAL QUESTION: Does anyone know how to fix the titles/tickets (whatever is needed) for these various non(or missing) official titles without having to grab all the original cias again, and or full reinstall and potentially losing my saves.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Could you explain how? like which menu options? and would I need the original cias to do this?

For homebrew and alike just install the cia again.
For games it depends on how you installed them. If you used freeshop, just go to that titlekey site and scan the ticket again. If you installed them from a cia just launch the cia again.

What If I don't have the original cias I used to install them is there way to extract the tickets from original 3ds or other wise get them again

You should be able to extract the tickets.db from the original console but I don't know if you can transfer them to another console or how.

If I can't use the title db thing, is there a way to create cia(s) from my old3ds so that I can reinstall (at least the ticket) on my new 3ds

Basically anyone got a title to cia tool?

I remember reading something about that on gbatemp but you'll have to look for it yourself because I can't even remember the name or the homebrew.

For homebrew, go to the titleDB section of FBI. There, you can browse loads of homebrew and install it over the net without having to get the cia files again and put them on your SD card etc.

Yeah you'll have to find their cia and install them again unfortunately.

I'm not sure about not having to reinstall, but about the saves, use the o3DS and a save program/hhomebrew to get the saves and then inject again on the games if they lost it
