Hacking Question on updating to 3.60

So right now I'm on 3.20 (Euro PS TV) and I have TN-V, the Tekken 2 TN-X epxloit, and Package Manager set up.

If I update to 3.60 to use HENkaku, how much of this will stay? I'm pretty sure Package Manager will go, but can I keep TN-V and TN-X to play PSP and PS1 games?
