Hardware Question on system transfer to hacked 3ds.

I have a unhacked o3ds with Zelda four swords and I would install bootstrap on it using the dsiware sav injection. Would it be safe to system transfer to a hacked o3ds and then back again or is it not safe? They are both on 11.4. Is there a easier way to transfer 4swords to a 3ds?

Don't see, why is it unsafe. It will just copy system setting and everything from sd card (at least I think)
