Hacking Question on Stock - Sysnand mode

Ok so - I just wanna play my legit cart MH Rise online when it comes out .

The hacked switch I brought has 3 partitions, Stock - Sysnand, CFW Emmu and CFW sysnand.

So far I have only been using CFW Emmu and everything on it.

When MH Rise comes, is it alright for me to just switch to Stock Sysnand and update through Nintendo servers's OFW and play the cart? I even brought a clean Sd card to use for MH rise. Is this correct? Thank you

It is only alright if you have never launched CFW and/or homebrew on your sysMMC. Serial number is also irrelevant when it comes to being safe or not by the way.

Have you ever played online or ever connected to internet from the CFW ? That's the only point that matters.

If you have, then you're most likely screwed (but you'll have to test).

If you're 100% sure you've never connected to internet from the CFW nor did the previous owner, then you should be fine.
