Hacking Question on Making my own 3ds capture card

I've have been searching for hours and hours across the web looking for a way to make my own or install my own 3ds capture card, and so I'm here.

I am also currently aware that this japanese website will sell it to japanese people only so install yourself: http://optimize.ath.cx/

My Big question is how can I (an american hobbyist) make my own from scratch or order just the part and install myself?

the most i could find is the this which has one gerber file and schematic file, which is not enough to create a design to send to make the pcb board: http://optimize.ath.cx/cusb_spa3/build.html

Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated as I don't wanna pay $200+ for something i can do myself for half.

You will have to talk with Katsukity and loopy on that.

The upper half will be guess work on your own atm or with help from the 2 above.

There is some form of sharing in circles, loopy does get some parts from Katsukity.

Katsukity has capture cards for every model. Loopy only sells ones for small o3DS.
