ROM Hack [Question} Is there any mod of SSB43DS?

Recently I've seen that there are peple modding the smash for wii u, but I haven't a wii u, even if I had one, I like to have the mod on my 3ds to play it wherever I want, then if exists some please guide mi to it or if there is a way to make one please guide me too xD
