Hacking [Question] How to Unban WiiU

I know how to unban wiiu (102-2814).
But I don't know how to unban console ban (102-2812).
seeprom edit ? seeprom redirection ?
If you know how to, plz tell me.

You can't. If you cheated, you deserved proper punishment for that.
Now, just sit & cry, if you edit SEEPROM which includes console sensitive information then you're dumb, it wouldn't boot your Wii U at all.

If you got slapped with console ban [Miiverse ban and eShop bans are seperate] then you did cheat. You can fool me but you can't fool Nintendo.

I find this hard to believe, console ban can't be bypasses and all SEEPROM does have is Wii U serial and other things WHICH CAN'T BE CHANGED NOR SPOOFED SO DON'T EVEN TRY.

Can't tell. It's a self developed homebrew app so i can't confirm.
Unless he swapped to another clean Wii U which is unlikely but whatever.

Either beg him to release this to you which i hardly even believe he will, and you're good to go.

Riru's HBL app is Loading seeprom app.
He said "If you look at the source of MOCHA CFW you may find something"
So I trying now.

Edit OTP.bin, seeprom.bin, mlc.bin and sys_prod.xml (don't edit any of these files on their own)

Not all bans mean they cheated, I got a ban for making glitched and hacked mario maker levels that many people enjoyed

So, can SEEPROM files be accessed and viewed without there being a console ban? I need keys which I think are only in SEEPROM.

Seeprom can always be dumped to the SD and edited on pc without a console ban.
