Hacking [Question] How to decrypt save from a GW retail dump?

Hi everyone, I have a Pokemon X cart which I dumped using the GWs Cart Dumper, apparently the save is embedded in the rom its self? - Private header etc.

Well, after research ive tried to find a way to help with these problems,

The game its self loads on the 3ds screen (game and banner) - but once I try to enter it, says "Game card cannot be used" - I have dumped what is to be the save with help of people on here~

So essentially its a gateway save? - im not sure..

Can anyone help me out further? If there is anyway to get it back up and running, tried to run it in PkHex but says unsupported file type/size.

I will provide what I think it to be the save file below, and with an example of what I thought to be decrypted but doesn't open in PkHex

Use svdt or the Save Manger by Profi200 to dump your save.
