Homebrew [Question/Help] PC98 Touhou on the 3ds?

Hello, I have been trying to get the neko project ii port to emulate touhou 1. After some fiddling in the settings I managed to get to the title screen but it always freezes there. Is there specific settings or a version I need to use, or is there a different emulator I can try? I am on a O3DS

I...am getting a RSA/hash verification failure when trying to install that cia.
Retroarch neko project needs bios files, right? After extensive searching I was unable to find any kind of files like that, so I was hoping I could use this other port

Ah, I got retroarch neko project running, but it doesn't detect any button input and the fps is abysmal.
Edit: Got input working too. Any ideas on how to boost the fps? I get around ~12fps

Use a N3DS instead of an O3DS, there are huge diference on processing power between them both.
