the thing that is ruining all three games performance is the fact these games have always run like shit when compressed because they are constantly streaming files but yet they decided to compress all three games into .pak files anyway

hellblade doesn't load files the same way GTA does. GTA is constantly streaming files (meaning constantly decompressing on the fly) while you drive which in the past caused most of the stuttering for these specific games and was fixed by decompressing them. I was met with these same disbeliefs even way back then.I doubt that this has something to do with it, since it would only be necessary to overclock the memory to improve performance. If that's how you put it, Hellblade would be a disaster on Switch.
