They are checking which settings doesn't crash Switch and other things before sharing one big mod post. Switching graphics api or HDR is not something you want to have enabled :P
if modders can make the game 60 fps why is it that the develp can't do that :/

This looks awesome!
Do we have any progress on this?
Yeah. he managed to lock cpu and gpu frequencies. By default the game sometimes forces its own frequencies even if you've applied overclock. That's why stutters are happening. With his mod the game will run at 307ghz (gpu), but you'll be able to change it with sys clk to whatever you want without the game chaning it

I'm curious to see how well this works because the issues I've seen are the same issues that have been caused in the past from the games being compressed or at least greatly resembles them. I've also not see the clock speeds change themselves unless for some reason the changes don't show up in sysclk or status monitor which would be odd.

he's been also asked about this, his reply was is that you have to enable "high refresh rate" of status monitor. I've never used this app so i have no idea what they are talkin about

so I just drove around for 30 min and only had it happen twice and for less than a second so I wouldn't say this causes all the stuttering but fixing it would slightly help. EDIT: ways to trigger it seem to be dying or entering a big chunk load at certain areas for example
