Hi,

I have a question, after install a CIA in the emuNAND the icon is showed in SysNAND too, is it normal? Have a method to remove this icons from sysnand?

Another question, is safe run a CIA from sysnand?

It's safe to have CIAs on your sysnand. You just won't be able to run them from sysnand.

You can run them from sysNAND. Not directly, but using a sig - patching CFW.

It'll either stay on the Nintendo 3DS loading screen or you'll get a pop-up saying "Please redownload this app from the eShop."

They will just say they are not valid or something and delete them. You will not get a brick.
They can, however, run in SysNAND using a CFW of some sort.
