Hardware Question for vWii HDD

So I followed the vWii modding guide on Wiiu.hacks.guide , but now I read I need another HDD for vWii that doest have my wiiu games on it , or did I understand that wrong? , can I bypass this in any way?

Hello,

You can have a single external hard drive (format Wii u in its format), by putting the games wii u, wii and gamecube together.
