I took my DS apart to replace the rubber pads underneath the face buttons, but I accidentally made an extremely small hole in the ribbon connecting the motherboard to the bottom half of the DS with my screwdriver, and now my DS won't turn on. Is there any way to fix this, or is it time to get a new DS?

Check that it's still securely fastened in. You can order a replacement part for each piece inside a DS, so you don't need to buy a new one.
