ROM Hack [QUESTION] Editing already compiled NTR *.plg files

I have found tutorials on how to make the .plg files.. but I wanna know how can we edit already made .plg files? Opening them with notepad++ just gives hieroglyphics and weird symbols.

You would need the source code for the plugins. If it's already in .plg form then there's nothing you can do, iirc.
