This is a blatant scam.
The youtube user is a fake account using darkflare69 name.
The video shows a folder of Nanquitas's gateshark2ntr converter. (a free utility)
It then shows the source of Darkflare69's mario kart 7 cheat plugin (freely available on his github).
This imposter then proceed to uselessly shows some text editing that doesnt matter. Even without doing whatever hes doing (adding spaces???), the plugin would compile just fine.
Then proceed to showcase the plugin itself. Which is not his.

And written in python and batch???
The presumably converted code is clearly in c (or its variant. i dont know).
I assume this imposter is referring to the compile scripts.

The whole thing if funny as fuck to those who knows a bit about making a programming.

Again, this is actually a very elaborate attempt at stealing works, stealing identity, and scamming for money.
Please ban this guy.
