ROM Hack [Question] Cheat code creation on luma3ds

Hello, i would love to know how to do a simple memory dump, or a realtime memory view while running a game, is using citra emu and ida a good idea to watch memory and get accurate usable addresses ? i've been searching all day and all i get are tutorials on how to make a cheat code txt file, that i know, i also know about the code types, what i want to know is how to people make these cheats, what tools do they use ? thank you so much.

uuuuh you mean only creates asm codes ? if so is there any guide or hints on how to get into these ? any documentation ?

no you cant create them in this engine. You can only use asm codes

not true, it has action replay types support, do you even know what you're talking about mate ?

Asm codes work, direct pointers work, direct write work aswell.
