    whats the chance for the wii u to brick when installing cfw? if i follow all the steps closely how likly is it to brick? and is there a way to unbrick a wii u?

    If you followed every step correctly in the noob guide, then you shouldn't brick your console at all.

    And if you have a full nand backup stored in a safe place on your PC, then yes you can unbrick your WiiU with a hardmod, to flash your nand backup back to your WiiU. But the nand backup MUST be from your WiiU, it cannot be from another WiiU.

    If you want the absolute LEAST chance of brick, then stay away from CBHC and CONFIRM that every WUP you install is safe.

    Follow guides here. There's no way to brick by installing CFW unless you're going for CBHC which is just a coldboot solution.

    Reminder that there is ALWAYS a chance of brick, no matter what you're doing if you write to nand. Even writing to nand through normal means can brick. Ive corrupted sectors of my nand by moving save data to it, and if they'd contained parts of the OS it would have bricked.

    yeah i kind of figured cause its like that with the 3ds but i got it working :D so thanks to every one that helped
