Hacking question about Wii backups

I obviously fell off planet earth for a while as I onyl found out the Wii had been hacked the other day, anyway I have ordered a wiikey from cheapmod and I am getting a few games fom the newsgroups, a few games are nice and simple .iso files and i can burn them but some seem to be just .wii extensions, can I just rename those to a .iso and burn it?

the first game like this is rayman. the files all came as pi-rayrr.000 through to .090. I used winrar to unrar it and then i was left with a file called pi-rayrr.wii which is 4,625,682KB

Any thoughts??

Chances are you'll have to unscramble them if they have the extension .wii
Then burn them using nero or imgburn and it should work fine.

wow. fast response. OK, downloaded the unscrambler but when i double click on it, a dos type window appears for about half a seconf then goes and thats it.... what am i doing wrong????

You may need the GUI version

loads easier

bring up a dos prompt then type:

x:\wii\unscrambler.exe game.wii game.iso

this will simply convert your .wii image to a .iso image, it will take about 5mins then burn.

make sure you copy unscrambler.exe to your folder where the .wii image is stored.

have fun.

cant find a gui for unscrambler so follwed instructions as per monty0ntherun and it is doing it as we speak

if you want a gui version, or an easier method simply get rawdump 2.0 it has an unscrambler built in. enjoy
