Hello all I'm new to the world of homebrew and I had one question about running backup Wii/GC games.
First of all I have everything setup and appears to be running fine.
I tried running a burned copy of Sonic Colors (NA) and the backup loader gave me an error when reading the disc. Unfortunately I don't recall what it was. But when I went to the main menu the original disc channel said "Update Required". I got to remembering that some games require an update to run which it's probably what Sonic Colors and DK Country Returns needs.
My question is how to get these type of games running. Is there a homebrew channel update that I need so I can update my Wii normally and still get the homebrew channel working? Or something else?
