Hacking Question about vWii unblocking.

Way back in 2016 I bricked my vWii by installing a custom system menu theme (stupid, I know). Recently I found a guide that gives you step by step instructions on how to unbrick it!
The problem is, I need a file called "00000022.app". I heard on a thread that you can download it with NUS Downloader. Do any of you guys have experience with NUS? If so, what system menu version do I download? Is it even the sysmenu that I download, or something completely unrelated?

Note: just found out my phone autocorrected unbricking to unblocking, hence the screwed up title.

You can use JNUS downloader indeed, it´s better than NUS Downloader (and you only need Latest Java vr. for you´re Windows OS)... but you will need the ticket to get 00000022.app i guess... The tutorial which gives you step by step instructions on how to unbrick it, doesn´t tell you how to get it, have you googled it?
Psdt: if you don´t have the ticket for 00000022.app, JNUS/NUS downloader will not download anything for you.
