Homebrew Question About Themely

I'm having trouble activating Themely. I don't use CIA or CFW. My 3DS is completely unhacked. Although I do have access to Homebrew via Doodlebomb. That's not the point though. Each time I try to use Themely, the screen goes black on top, and red on the bottom. I also have all the Themes I want too, yet I can't access them. Do they have to be in a specific folder? Do they have to be zipped/compressed? If so, and I do get that done, will I still be able to access Themely? I need help!

Yeah, what MasterViper81 said. Plus, Erman ended up getting so full of himself that he made Themely strictly closed-source. He also openly said stuff about possessing CP on his main computer.
