PS1/2 Question about the original 4 .hack games.

I just beat Infection and want to move to Mutation as soon possible. I may have missed some things, so I was wondering if it's possible for me to still do all of the bonus stuff I missed in vol.1 in vol.2 and up. Does anyone know?

I haven't played them myself but it seems very unlikely that they'd have doubled up the same info on both discs....so that would be a no.

I only got the first game
never bother to get the other 3

but now that I want to actually play them, I find they are very rare and can costs $70+ for new games

IIRC sidequests were still available all the way up to Vol4. If you're talking about a specific side quest like the one you get after beating Vol.1, that to is available. But that only gives you a rare weapon for whomever that becomes underpowered fairly quick once you start vol.x
