Hacking Question about the NDS folder in the...

So I just got my M3 DS Real. I've got roms and the system folder in the root directory, but for some reason the roms show up in not in the NDS folder, but the my card folder? How can I get them in the correct folder?

Using Windows Explorer (or Mac Finder...), just drag-n'-drop the NDS files into the 'NDS' Folder

Yes the MyCard icon is supposed to be for homebrew, which should be placed in the root.
