Hacking Question about system format in emunand

So if i regionswap emunand on 9.2, then system format emunand. I have to connect to the internet to system format.

Will doing this format affect my sysnand in any way? (I have a NNID on my sysnand and legit games that i bought and stuff)

You just need to backup your sd card content just in case, but the sysnand itself will not be affected.
