Misc Question about some Games...

well I had my R4i Gold and have been playing some professor Layton a few days. And I was checking the extras menu and I was thinking if:

Is there any way to get all that stuff? Without cheats?

If you don't know, there where some puzzles on that game that we where able to get connecting to WFC.

What about Pokemon Ranger games.

Is there any patch or method of getting this missions?

you mean the downloaded missions\dlc stuff
it was pretty much preserved. you can either put a save with them already injected, or i do believe you can get them from the custom servers

you don't need an action replay device...

I mean I need to use a cheat code to get the mission I suppose.

they are not in the cart, these missions where downloaded... it's downloadable content, you can't get them via a cheat.
as i told earlier, you can get either:
use a save with them injected.
use custom nintendo servers to download the missions
