ROM Hack question about save data of 3ds games

is there a way to get save data files of 3ds games from the internet and put them on that 3ds game no matter if its retail or not?

Don't see why not, JK's Save Manager allows you to import & export game saves. I wouldn't do this with some games like Pokemon though.
You need CFW to use JK's FYI.

of course i have CFW but can i do it on smash bros. that's what i want to do it on!

    I've been to his chicken restaurant he started in his 2nd movie, Holy Chicken, was pretty good. It is only 15-20 miles from me in Ohio. It only lasted 1 yr or so then closed tho.
