Condition:JPN New3DSLL, A9LH, AuReiNAND, 9.1/10.6

So I followed THIS and succeed(at least it seems to be) in running dsi homebrew channel(both in sysnand and in emunand), but I have to open it via system setting. That's kinda inconvenient to me.
Sudoku has its CIA version, but it seems that I have to inject saves or somewhat to get sudokuhax on it, so how? I do get "DSiWareHaxInj" but I'm not sure whether it fits 3DS as 3DS don't have a DSi Menu.
Ah, and one more thing. Do I just need to install a "patched TWL_FIRM" CIA to patch twl?

Yep! If you don't already have it you can find patched TWL_FIRM on that iso site.
