I want to know if I buy a micro SD card after having used another one and uting the kindle + the games, will the new one work? and willI still be able to use the old one and its save files?

I am pretty sure it will, just transfer the saves to the new one

just copy the stuff from one micro sd to the other, it will work, doesn't matter if the card is a dstwo a r4 or others...
