Gaming Question about PSP motherboards...

I've been trying to find an answer for this but can't find it anywhere...I even looked in the PSP FAQ thread

When did the TA-088v3 (That's the unhackable motherboard, right?

) motherboards start being used in PSPs? I'm looking to buy a used PSP so it'd be a good idea to get a general idea of when they started to be used in new PSP Slims.
