Yes as long as you use a sig patched firmware you can use a cubic ninja CIA for NTR/Gateway/HBL/PastaCFW/rxTools

Sig patched? Can you explain it? I'm really sorry for the noob question

Sig patching is what lets you run a pirated .cia at all. So it's really saying "if you have a way to run it, it will work". So you have to have a way to run things other than using Cubic Ninja, before you can use a Cubic Ninja CIA for Ninjhax.

Also, using a Cubic Ninja ROM in Gateway won't work for certain programs that use further hacks other than just the ones in Ninjhax.
