Hacking Question aBout Installing Backups

Hi there,

I was wondering if there's a potential for my 3DS to get banned if I install a dumped .cia file to my console. The card reader on my console is really dodgy to the point where it just stops reading cards for about 5 minutes then it'll start again before dying, which gets really annoying when I wanna go back to MK7 or other games. I can dump the games myself, I just wanna know if I'll get hit with a banhammer from the big N or not
